Pani Puri / Gol Gappay

Gol Gappay or Pani Puri are small crispy biscuits (deep-fried) that are stuffed with vegetables and chickpeas and are filled up with tamarind and spicy water before eating is in one bite. The sweet version are filled with yogurt. And it will take some practice to get this in your mouth in one big bite.

Sand Roasted Spicy Corn

People sell corn in crowded bazaars and alongside markets. These are roasted without oil or butter and are very tasty. This corn cob is then loaded with spices and lime. Ask for extra spice and lemon. Some corn cobs are also boiled to create the soft version.

Sugarcane Juice

Sugar cane juice vendors squish the sugar cane in the juice machine and directly get this extract. It is served cold with adding anything. It is as fresh as it gets.

Lassi

Lassi are one of the favorite traditional drinks. People stop to drink it. It is made with yogurt and served cold. Sweet lassi and Salty lassi are the two basic variety. People also add fruits to creat flavored lassi such as mango lassi.

Doodh Jalebi

Doodh Jalebi gets popular in winters as the hot jalebi (Pakistani savory-sweet ) is added to milk. Milk becomes sweet while the jalebi soaks the milk. Doodh Jalebi literally means ‘milk -jalebi’.

Kulfi

Kulfi is a traditional ice cream alternative. It is made of milk and natural flavor. no preservatives are added to it or anything else to make it creamy. It is simple yet delicious.

Gola Ganda

Gola Ganda is crushed iced with sweet flavors. It is so colorful and many people add all kinds of toppings to create their own favorite.

Paan

Paan are made to eat over after dinner. It is very sweet and made with sugary delights and flavors packed inside a leaf known as paan leaf. It is very sweet and has an unusual taste. It comes in many varieties and paan shops are present in many cities.
